About

 Dr Rahul Kumar Chaurasiya received the B Tech degree in ECE from MANIT Bhopal, India, in 2009, and the M.E. degree in System Science and Automation from IISc Bangalore, in 2011. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2017 from NIT Raipur. He was a Senior Software Engineer with Brocade Communications Systems, Bangalore, in 2011-12. He was Assistant Professor at NIT Raipur during 2013-18 and at MNIT Jaipur in 2019-20. Since June 2020, he is with MANIT Bhopal as Assistant Professor Grade-I.

 Dr. Chaurasiya’s research area includes Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Brain-Computer Interfacing, Optimization, and Biomedical Signal Processing. He has authored and published more than 50 research articles in aforementioned areas. He has also published one technical book as author and one as editor. He has completed one sponsored-research project (sponsored through DST, India).  He has one patents published in his name. He has successfully Supervised 3 PhD candidate and is currently supervising 2 more. He has also supervised total 9 M Tech candidates (Till June 2022), and currently supervising 2 more.
