I am 1998 passout from MANIT Electrical engineering and presently Head Excellence for Motilal Oswal Financial Services. I am moving full time into Excellence Consulting and coaching through my startup venture FGnC Consulting which is focused on Building Change competency to help organisation Grow. ( refer to delivery model athttp://fgnc.co.in).

In recent past we recruited couple of graduates and MBA's in the organisation and realised it takes significant effort to bring them to speed. Not many are able to convert their potential into performance considering the corporate culture, requirement and their own mental frame. Most leaders today spend significant amount of their time on change and expect Joiners from NITs to help them accelerate change in place of routine roles.

Am sure MANIT do have some programs in this direction. However as Alumni of MANIT and considering above need, thought of initiating discussion on this. Objective is to see if we can contribute in success of MANIT students in either way.

We do have couple of cross industry programs that help students prepare for industry. These program may help them clear the selection followed by early success in corporate life.
