Experience

Experienced tutor with extensive eight years of experience in teaching and research in the Social Science industry with a robust and excellent training/educational background in Mental health. Earned a Ph.D., M.Phil. (Psychiatric Social Work), M.A. (Spl. Medical and Psychiatric Social Work), from renowned institutes of India like Tata institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Published research papers on the themes of occupational stress and coping. Co-ordinated workshops on work-life balance, occupational stress management, negotiation skills, and effective communication. Proficient in data management and analytical tools like SPSS, and Atlas-ti in social sciences research.
