Procedure of requisition

1. Download the attached requisition form
2. Fill the form and sign on the print copy
3. Get the print copy signed from the concerned HOD/section incharge
4. Submit the requisition form by hand or mail it to vehiclesection[at]manit.ac.in

In case of the requirement of ambulance (for health emergency only) following number can be directly contacted. No need to submit requisition for availing the facility of ambulance.

NOTE: The ambulance facility is for campus residents only.
